The Benefits of Time Restricted Eating

i aim for around a ten hour eating window and a 14 hour night time fasting window, when i'm feeling especially motivated. I eat within an eight or nine hour time window and fast for 15 or 16 hours during the night. Anecdotaly, i've observed that, personally, i feel an improvement in endurance, ranging from slight to pretty significant,. In my morning runs when i have tried a little bit harder to strictly within an 8 or 9 hour time window.
