The Importance of Gratitude in Life

A negative moment for me is an opportunity to really focus in and practice gratitude. I'm a firm believer that we should go to a three to four day work week. Most of us are hard-wired in our society to think money, fame, these are the things that are going to make you happy. And yeah, I wonder how far we are away from it. It doesn't necessarily mean me being an extrovert and high-fiving everyone or anything like that. Just me in my own mind, even if they're quiet, to be absolutely at peace. That's where I want to get to.
