When we're trying to reduce the amount of quote unquote bad habits, there's going to be some difficult sensation. So part of it is how can we deal with a craving when that sensation is so strong? There's almost that kind of like addiction kind of sensation there. The more that we can train ourselves to be with a sensation and to breathe through that sensation will actually build our capacity to handle a lot more. And just asking yourself, what am I needing right now? We'll resume Nosh on these things after the vacation.
