Lolly: Repair is a return to safety, getting curious, how do I, how can I experience safety anew? How can I accept the different ways that my partners might need to experience safety anew. Lolly: It's really empowering to continuously remind yourself that all of those nervous system responses, whether it's fight, flight, freeze, fawn, every one of them, are your body programmed to keep you safe. So we're teaching our nervous systems to respond in a different way which is done outside of those moments of conflict or confrontation.
