i learned to declutter my stuff, and then i'd decided to Declutter my life. So can i do this this like, and i've been practising it. Because that's the way i've been operating, and it hasn't gone very well. It's been kind of miserable. And so when this would come up in my real life, like, say, the fear that my friend who just invited me to thing, and i already said no last week. Can i remember that if this person is meant to be my friend, like, we're going to be ok? I had to do a lot of like, can i just trust that i'm not going to miss
