How to Get the Best Results From Blood Flow Restrictions
Using an arbitrary cuff pressure, such as one 50 or 200 may be beneficial for some but not for others. In order to get the best results from blood flow restriction training, you need to inflate your cuff to a pressure that's personalized based off your individual limb exclusion pressure. This insures that we safely shut off the exact same amount of blood flow in and out of the arms or legs that we want for the desired training effects.
