Women are often more mo than men, but tend to be not nearly as strong,. and men tend to be less mobile, but more strong. So women's strength is oftentimes in mobility and flexibility, and men’s strength is more in strength and stability, and they lack mobility and flexibility. Do certain stretches for their hips in gloots, like a pigeon stretch, or a split stance abductor stretch or frog pose. These are my top three favorites for improving mobility for improving back pain.
