Losing weight is the same way, just like consistency, former routine. You just keep doing it, same thing every day. Don't restrict your calories by like, 500 calories. Most people aren't really capable of thinking, ok with gaining a little wayye, ye. It's toffin very hard. But im unnecessary. If you want o like, feel and look good, like i'm only ging o prep for this bekeny season,. And then come september, i can just get back my normal dieting routine.
