How to Launch a Business in the 80s
The company had been founded in the 80s. The two owners who we bought from one of them had been an employee. And the other one had been a subcontractor. They had bought it as kind of a divestiture slash bankruptcy out of the company that had been bought by a large conglomerate and had gotten sideways. So they bought it in that in that state as an employee and a subcontractor in 2004.
