Variation in the Westside System
The Westside system is really different than in the sort of Soviet model. The one situation where I would say change in exercises makes a lot of sense is for the sake of novelty. And that's why waitlifter snatch four or five times a week. It's to become more efficient at doing the movement, which allows you to use more weight and go forward.
