How to Use a Whoop to Improve Recovery

There is a new device that I've been using and have recommended my athletes called a whoop. It's a wearable that is like a combination heart rate monitor and fit bit, it produces a recovery score. If you're 80%, you're going to be good to go but if you've got three hours of sleep, your whoop score is going to be low. So it teaches athletes a lot about their bodies and what maybe how to optimize their recovery from just their lifestyle.
