Life stress is going to cause their recovery rates from workouts to become slower they don't recover smoothly from a workout. There's so many variables that come in play on the frequency thing generally I just say about five days is I feel like as a sweet spot. For most people if they're just using a moderate amount of volume every five days is going to be okay for most people now again If you're trying to truly like really maximize every like all your training sessions you're going to have to get very specific in what you're doing and then you're also going to need to experiment. That requires the most amount of experimentation it's your frequency that's absolutely true.
