Frank: Fear is not something we talk about in that way because the messaging we get is be fearless, which is helldom. Frank: I'm trying to create a framework people could take the research that has been done and apply it to their daily lives. There's happy, da, sad, also, da. And then too, that not unlike many ele residents who are like actors and yoga teachers, are the other two emotions that are hybrids. One is afraid slash surprised and angry slash disgusted.
