Performance Anxiety
When someone transitions into a new level of sport, or a new genre in their performance, they bring with them a set of expectations. And sometimes that's very unproduct ive. So for me, i think i have that sense of being able to tune out things that are extraneous. Am, to be able to be myself and know that that's good enough. For athletes who are in high performance situations, good enough is not always good enough.
