Do's and Don'ts of Self Defense in Martial Arts

I want my daughter to have fun at martial arts because I never want her to stop. Martial arts is a tremendous vehicle to handle all those kinds of things. If she were ever grabbed from behind and tried to get pulled into a car that she would be able to get out of that situation. That for me is way more important than a gold bar metal at the IBJF. 100%.
