Marketing is a science that is not yet finished, and so therefore messaging has kind of follow suit. If you see the customer that comes in, uses your product, buys a second product, refers a person, go and figure out exactly what resonated with that person. And then you can always have new anses kind of in the periphery from out from that person. So you should have a zero focus message, like, this is the person i'm going after but then you should be open handed, kind of outside of that to make sure that you're willing to new once it as things change.
