Graphic Progagraphic Programmers and Technical Artists

The first thing i would do is spend a big part of my resources on graphic programmers and technical artists. I can't tell you what's a graphic progagraphic programmer, but primarily their job is to focus on building shaders that are shared out with the art team as optimized as possible. Their sole job is to get that shader that they've developed to run as fast as humanly possible. And if they're doing their job well, they understand that, ok, i can use instant shaders, i can using batching. What that means is you can start getting visual permaentations off that one pixel type am and you can render more content in your scene at that higher
