Do You Have an Exclusive Recruitment Partner?

Figma is in hypergrowth mode. I probably spend 30% of my time recruiting at the moment. Having an exclusive recruitment partner, either in-house or an RPO, but someone that's exclusively helping you will make sure that they are focused on the outcome and only deliver candidates to you that are the right fit for your company. Establishing a really generous referral fee is a great way to sort of fuel that as well. 20% of our hires at Figma are from referrals - around 60% have been from my personal network.
