The Importance of Strength Training in Running

For a lot of runners, it doesn't necessarily make sense to think too much about changing your analyzing your running form. Even if you can see a mistake, you probably cannot or not see a mistake but see something that maybe you could do better. So I think the body will adapt. And that's why I think that doing strength training is really good. It gives the body the maximum chance to find its optimal running style.
