Are You Changing Your Epigenetics?
There was this discussion of, well, maybe that's the secret is that you should only train 500 hours a year. But clearly they're missing the point that he like you had this huge base. And it was almost like a taper for him to cut that training volume. So if you change the training, if you go like, I don't know, like to do another activity and go back because you have changed these epigenetics. Then you are able to perform at the level because that's your new capacities.
