i think self-compassion therapy is a really good way to help undo any guilt or shame that you might have around yourself for being neurodivergent. Sometimes we're still trapped in that kind of framework of well there's something wrong with me and sometimes masking is coming from a place of shame but when we've built an inner relationship with ourselves it makes all the difference. Different things work for different people so really um keep that in mind and just keep trying things because sooner or later you'll find something that does work for you, says Michelle.
