How Do I Develop That Arobic Threshold?
The intervals are short. They're rarely going to be going past, say, four minutes a when i get into like, the meat of this training,. I'm usually targeting between two to four minutes. The other thing too, is by doing, by developing that vo two max system, what you end up doing as you raise the ceiling at which you can potentially get to from your arobic development. Doing some of these workouts kind of early in my training is going to put me in a position to potentially get a little better at kind of that arobic threshold stuff later on in training.
