Protein reabsorption droplets have a very characteristic shape and they all stay much bigger usually. So we always do an albumin stain with all of our IF panels. These fine dusting findings that we see in minimal change disease do not stain for albumin at all. It's also not a nonspecific finding of the antibody because we tested different IgG antibodies, one, two, three and four.
