The Importance of Intentional Rest and Recovery

I would say it's from, you know, trial and error and not necessarily or having times in my life and working with clients and observing them. It's actually this intentional effort to really observe what you're doing in your downtime so that it feels restful...you're giving yourself that recharge. And when it's time to get going again and pick up the training, that's when I've noticed as well.
