The Importance of Mobility and Decompression

Most of my listeners gravitate towards strength and lifting weights, so that's why you'll see me posting more about mobility and decompression. I don't have a lot of former yoga instructors who are hypermobile and never lifted a weight that listened to this show. Now, yeah, there are certainly cases where mobilizing decompressing is not the answer. You wouldn't want to mobilize or decompress someone with severe instability.
