If you take the stance that the deload is to decrease aches and pains is to allow soreness to dissipate then you could theoretically just simply change the training stimulus or bias the training stimulus in a different way. So if like you said the fatigue limiter is your pecs in a pecs specialization block there's no need to really deload everything just deload your pecs if that's kind of what's causing you to end the block right?
