When we're disconnected from the body that I've noticed, is that we experience a great deal of impatience and intolerance. We just see everybody else is too slow or too resistant or not bright enough. And if we have to slow down, we actually feel our body and we feel our heart rate go up and the pressure. So instead of going, oh wait, my body's getting overloaded, it's you're not moving fast enough. Or yes, you're not following or you're not succeeding. It starts these very vicious cycles.
