I think that doing more reps is always better. It gives you more of a chance to do it either right or wrong, gives your coaches a chance to correct you more. I had Ian King on the podcast. He's his famous coach out of Australia. And he literally is the one who created everything we read today on tempo. If you're doing 21.59 as fast as possible, it's just a very fast tempo. Every piece of music has tempo. So it's just fast and slow. You just have undulating speeds of movement. Go with tempo. That's all it is. The key is is like, well, everything has temp.
