Caviar provides a form of dicosahexa enoeic acid, aka DHA fat. It's one of the most important structural building blocks of the brain. We typically don't consume enough of it in the context of the standard American diet. Men are very poor at converting plant-based forms of omega-3s to their usable form in the body.
