The Importance of Engaging Your Back Muscles While Hanging

Climbing is so diverse and there's so many different ways we could pursue it and find happiness that if there's something that just always causes us pain we could probably work around that and still be happy yes absolutely. For me i intentionally hang straight arm lately and i've stopped doing upper body pull training to improve my strength. If you're someone that relies on your strength too much i need to get better at hanging on my arms and putting more load through my feet than i do pulling on my arms.
