We could use digital and 111 to harness some of the objective things in the system about so yes the clinician or one more might disagree about whether someone needs to go to A&E but 111 with the right data flows in real time could tell you which A&E is the right one for me to go to right now closest to me. That's an objective thing we can use data on bed capacity and current patients sat in waiting rooms to tell us that and that could help flow patients around the system better. We get help patients make better choices and that's not a clinical decision-making algorithm that's just fact-based data that we're not sharing at the moment as well as we
