The Benefits of a Ketogenic Diet

I don't believe ketogenic diets are good. Really ever. There are perhaps a few situations where they are useful in the short term. But I think carbohydrates are this signal of abundance for humans. And if you look at things like your cortisol to DHES ratio, if you looks at your sex hormones, I think you will see that overall your blood work is going to be better when you are eating carbohydrates.
