The Benefits of Indoor Training

The heat adaptation is the biggest game that we have got from indoor training. Matt Hammond's VO2 was at a level we hadn't seen before he was so erobically efficient and glycogen preservation was there everything came together but if it wasn't for the entertainment of indoor training he wouldn't have been able to complete his rebate. If you're going to do blocks of indoor training I really recommend if we can do two or three sessions in a row during the week or leading into a race.
