How to Measure Your Fitness Using a Power Meter

When you run, is vertical oscillation. Your centere of gravity goes up and down as you run. And that every time it goes up, there's a power required to cause that to happen. So we want to know how fast you're going, and we also want to know what the power is that's being required to do this with all these movements going on. Power meter, for running, is a great measure of economy. I'll tell you how much energy is being expended, so that it's killage rules. Can elect yorcar, or miles per gallon, kilometers per leader.
