How to Reach 10,000 People Working in Alignment

I think you told me um privately that you expect that we need something like 10,000 people working in alignment so we can be productive and have decent chance of uh solving it. That's one of the things we're trying to achieveUm but maybe I guess my tag would be like the true optimistic about our ability to reach this number. The question is like how hard of you try to get people in the field? Most people arrived but like literally they had to do marathon like they first dropped out of school or self-studded for a few years before starting their own project.
