Is There a Way to Strengthen the Hamstrings?
There are some things we could do within a yoga practice, like some little tweaks that actually could shift things so that we strengthen the hamstrings. I think my favorite way is to and this is not very practical for most yoga classes, but to use a chair where you have your hands up on it. You're really elevated because at that angle, you're not lifting straight up against gravity, but you're more at this oblique angle.
