"The most difficult aspect of being in this environment, for people that are in the environment, is the lack of decision making," he says. "We love herding cats a like, whos going to be huderte me to day. Great, it's your turn now." He adds: "You don't want to stop progress to talk about process 99 % of the time... And that's what happens in a lot of these situations".
