I think that so many people are used to feeling bad that it's just like, it's their normal. Like we're truly built to perform and run and jump. And love and have these amazing conversations with people. Yeah. Totally. That's what I was trying to get at. Right? But it's still not natural. We are not built to be like flow and sluggish and brain farty or all the things. It really hits home with me because I have, I have three daughters and a son,. My son is the youngest, he's the baby. He's totally on board with that and they've been able to feel into their bodies a bit more too.
