strength resistance training at least in my knowledge is pretty crucial and certainly correlates with a lot of benefits so that being only even then only being 20 to 30 percent of 20 to 60 year olds is not a lot. So your muscle mass stays your peak muscle mass is at a round age 30 or so and it stays that way till probably 50 to 60 and there at 50 you probably start to lose some of your muscle fibers. That's the type of activity that is much less common as people get older. The body is well and truly capable of being loaded as long as it's done well.
