At Intercom, we're happy to use the most expensive or most new model. We try and figure out can we really build a transformative experience for a customer with this that is a core part of our workflow. And then, you know, once we do that, then we're like, okay, now, how can we make it like cost effective? So yeah, I think it's going to get complex pretty fast. Performance won't be one size fits all. You know, some models are better at dealing with hallucinations than others.
