Do You Train When You're Sick?
If you have the flu, don't go all the way back on a training program. If you're peaking for an athletic performance, this actually might be a gift because it's going to make you re-address everything. I hate to say it, but the flu might be a boon if you have to lose weight,. It's not the most glamorous way to lose weight, you know, diarrhea and vomiting, but it works.
