If there's a bodily sensation you experience around which you have a lot of feelings already, try practicing experiencing that sensation. Just turn your attention toward the sensation itself and see how different that experience is rather than having feelings about it. Try just experiencing it without having an opinion about it. You're going to be aware of all the reasons why you learned to have those emotional experiences about this experience in the first place.
