Skiing fear is probably not that easy to work directly on the fear as it might be noticing the muscular tension that the fear has, that's associated with the fear. But if we can pursue the Alexander Technique, which is indirect, it's not directly addressing the fear, but it is a very concrete process,. then eventually that has an effect on their emotions too. So, so it's both very concrete and indirect. And I find that combination to be very effective in helping people to change what they're doing.
