The Repetition Range of Strength Training for Runners

As runners get more experienced I'm looking to increase the load and actually bring the repetitions down a bit. It's as much about varying reps and sets and loads as it is about like what the actual repetition range we're looking to work to. With some with some more well-trained runners I would go as low as about three repetitions so we'll be working around about three to six repetitions in training.
