How Sleep Can Have a Big Impact on Heart Rates

In spring, when the clock springs forward and we all lose in hour sleep, there's a 24 % increase in cardiac arrests on that particular day. In october, where it falls back,  there's a 21% decrease in cardiac arrests. So i know in our own lives, we've really tried to cultivate sleep. Typically, i get up arimd four 30, but i go to bed about half eight or nine. The other thing, i think, is that i just want to talk about, which i've learnt lots, about its authenticity. And i think ultimately, every song and poetry and story, love is at the core of everything.
