The Third Breath
There's a story of a monk who was approached by a samurai. He said, Monk teach me about heaven and hell. Just as he was about to do it the monk said, that's hell. The samurai would saw it in mid-level realized that this man had just practically offered his life to teach him the thing he had asked to have taught. And he was so profoundly grateful he bowed to the monk and the monk says, and that's heaven. It's extraordinary how reactive we are, how reactive we're and how much we live in the hells created by our reactivity.
