Meditation - One Hour Without Technology in the Morning

If you practise meditation, please meditate for a few minutes before you sleep. Less sleep is directly going to save minimum two hours. Don't look at the phone as the first thing in the morning. When we wake up in the morning, the mind is like a blotting paper,. Whatever i put on to the mind, there, it's going to go here and deep down into the subconscious. That's not the time to check what happened in the world or work communication.
