Most people within the h community are kind of like this person. Some stuff they're doing really well, some stuff they're working on. So how do you know if i'm not like, a degenerate technology user? And what's kind of like unhealthy is there a couple of different principles that we can sort of look at. But beyond that, there's a whole range of healthy norms, or unhealthy orms, even and so what we startw what we really start t got to do is understand whether this technology is a problem or not.
