i think there's something to be said about having some of the products you plan on using on your goal event, at least in kind of the weeks leading up to it. It's like so important to train what the food are oing to eat on race day. And when i gotn really big in a cross fit, high interval training, like can throw your g i track for a spin,. especiallyif we're not used to it.
