What Is an Outcome Statement?

An outcome statement is essentially looking at what's the direction of improvement that we want to move the needle for our participants. It's then looking at providing some sort of performance indicator on this would be like a KPI. The subject of improvement is the problem area, is the space that you're looking to address and tackle. This can later than also be used as your KPI, key performance indicator when you're assessing after the development and release of the product or feature.
